This includes: Foundation, Grading and drainage, Roof covering materials, Roof structures and attic, Interior walls, ceilings, floors and doors, Exterior walls, doors and windows, Fireplace and chimney, Porches, Balconies, Decks and carport, Electrical system, HVAC system, Duct system, Ventilation, Plumbing system, and Built-in appliances.

• Pier & beam crawlspace     $50 - $100
• Luxury homes and antiquated homes are subject to additional fees
• Trip fees may apply to homes outside the greater Houston area

Optional Inspections

• Wood Destroying Insect (WDI)     $100 - $150 w/ home inspection
• Pool/Spa Safety Inspections     $125-150 w/ home inspection
• Sprinkler System     $25-50 w/ home inspection
• Re-inspection Fee     $150

Here's the deal.

• Any additional inspections (pool, wood destroying insects, sprinkler, re-inspection, etc) will be performed by Imperial Pro Inspection LLC or affiliated partners unless that inspection is outside of scope of inspection provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission or if Imperial Pro Inspection LLC is unable to provide it.

• Any additional inspections (pool, wood destroying insects, sprinkler, re-inspection, etc) will be at their normal affordable price.

Who qualifies?

• Honorably discharged military veterans of the United States Armed Forces.

• Active duty or reserve members of the United States Armed Forces.
