Reports are usually delivered within 24 hours or sooner. Reporting turnaround time may vary depending on our work volume and the size/year of the home inspected. We make sure every client’s report gets the appropriate time needed to complete it. I'll always keep you informed throughout the process.
Most inspections take up to three hours and can be scheduled for your convenience. Please allow 2-4 days’ notice, but could be sooner depending on work volume. Trip/travel fee’s may be applied to service areas outside the greater Houston area. Clients who will not be present during the inspection and/or live out of city/state may have to pay in advance of the inspection.
